In the Lodge, you will find tea towels, dish cloths, Fairy liquid and an initial supply of dishwasher tablets. We provide 2 complimentary toilet rolls per bathroom to start you off. As we are self-catering, we do recommend you do a shop for the remainder of your stay.
We offer a self-check-in. You will receive a check-in email before your stay, giving you check-in information and the code for your key safe. If you do not receive this, please call 01934 743710 so Ren can come meet you and show you into your lodge. Alternatively, please go to the Main house/Reception.
Please leave your key in the key safe next to the lodge door. If you have forgotten the code, either contact us on 01934 743710 or alternatively, leave the key in the door.
We understand this can easily happen. We will make sure all belongings are left in our lost and found area. Please contact us if you believe you have left any belongings behind. From there, we can discuss options for returning them; however, please note that we cannot be held accountable for any belongings you have left behind.
We request that you dispose of your general waste in the black bins located at the entrance to the Lodge’s car park.

Each pet-friendly lodge accepts a maximum of 3 pets. If you wish to bring more than three, please call us on 01934 743710 and we will see what we can do.

Some of our lodges are pet-friendly; however, we do have a few rules to ensure that Tor Farm can be enjoyed by pet owners and non-pet owners alike.
Please see below our on-site doggy rules;
1. Your booking confirmation must state you have a pet booked for your stay; this must be agreed prior to your arrival.
2. We ask that dogs are always kept on a lead when around the site, primarily for their own safety, with vehicles moving
3. Dogs are not to be left alone in the lodge.
4. We ask you to refrain from letting your dogs on the beds, sofas, chairs and in hot tubs.
5. All fouling must be picked up and binned, and you do not let your dogs mess on the grass around the lodges.
We do not allow smoking in the lodges at any time. Please feel free to smoke outside the lodges and use the ashtrays provided. We do ask, however that whilst you do this, you don’t disturb other guests on the park.
The Hot tubs will be filled and heated to the perfect temperature, ready for your arrival
Tor Farm has a seasonal heated outdoor pool.
The pool is open from May to September (weather permitting)
The pool opens at 9 am and closes at 7 pm.
If the Pool cover is on during open hours, please just roll it back to use. If you are the last guests leaving, we ask that the cover be pulled back on. This keeps the pool clean and heat in.
