This attached large holiday cottage has Five en suite bedroooms, all with digitial TV's and private Hot Tub together with Shared use of out door heated pool in summer months, situated on a very quiet country leafy lane, in large manicured landscaped gardens, where you have your own private barbecue station.
Suitable for large groups, families and celebrations.
Pamper Days - Spoil yourselves and have a private treatment in the privacy of your own holiday cottage, enjoy a back massage, manicure or whatever treatment you need.
Catered dinner parties - so no need to cook, just enjoy the company of your party
One bedroom has a four poster bed and three of the rooms have their own private terraces or balcony.
Contemporary modern kitchen with all appliances, including Dishwasher, so no washing up to spoil your holiday plus two ovens, so plenty of cooking space. washer/dryer and microwave. Large upright freezer and large upright commercial fridge.
Large cosy lounge, sits 10 comfortably, with comfy sofas to curl up on in front of the log fire...first basket of wood free.
Large Dining room with table that sits 12 comfortably plus another small table for extra guests.

We ask for no loud music to be palyed outside after 10pm so not to disturb other residents who wish to be quiet.
You are welcome to arrive between 4 -6pm and depart by 10 am on Fridays or Mondays

Bedroom 2 - This spacious beautifully decorated en suite room has zip and link beds and can be made up as either a super king double or as a twin and is on the first floor

edroom 5 (Garden Suite)- This luxury room is on the ground floor with King Size leather bed and whirlpool bath en-suite.
French doors lead directly in to the gardens and is adjacent to the swimming pool garden.
Can be let either as a large sumptuous double or a family room, where the leather sofa converts to an extra double bed. It has a flat screen digital tv in the room.
